Sheryl Crow's Adoption Was Far From Smooth

Sheryl Crow has revealed the adoption of her second son LEVI was far from smooth - because his birth mom changed her mind about giving the tot up.

The singer/songwriter confirmed the news she was a mother again last week on her website and now she's talking about the long, drawn-out process she went through to adopt.

Crow tells UsMagazine.com she made the decision to seek out a brother or sister for her son Wyatt last summer.

She says, "We've been going through this for a year - getting ready for a baby; it falling apart; getting ready for a baby; the mom changing her mind."
