Sir Cliff Richard didn't win the 1968 Eurovision Song Contest because of vote rigging by a fascist regime, it has been claimed.The British singer performed his hit track, Congratulations, at the contest - in which musicians from countries across Europe compete each year - at London's Royal Albert Hall.But despite being favourite to win the competition, Richard lost out to a Spanish musician.
