Sir Paul McCartney throws second wedding reception

Sir Paul McCartney has celebrated his marriage to Nancy Shevell again by throwing a second reception in New York on Friday night.

The Beatles legend married the American heiress in London on 9 October and threw a star-stas-studded party in a marquee outside his home in the city.

The newlyweds subsequently jetted off to the Caribbean to enjoy a honeymoon at Sir Mick Jagger's villa in Mustique, and then returned to New York, where they hosted a secong wedding reception at the Bowery Hotel in Manhattan.

Guests included John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono and son Sean, as well as Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Elvis Costello and Hollywood actor Steve Buscemi according to the Sunday Telegraph.
