The Delilah hitmaker, 72, was forced to cancel two concerts in the U.K. late last month (Jul12) due to a chest infection, but he's bouncing back from his illness and is preparing to resume his live commitments at a gig in Suffolk, England this weekend.
Thanking fans for their support in a Twitter.com post on Thursday (09Aug12), Jones writes, "Thanks for all the lovely well wishes, I am now back in the UK and ready for Newmarket Racecourse tomorrow night. Who's joining me?"
