Mani plays final gig and rejoins Stone Roses

Primal Scream star Mani played his final gig with the band in Edinburgh on New Year's Eve as he prepares to rejoin the recently reunited Stone Roses.
 
The bassist, real name Gary Mounfield, found fame with the Stone Roses and he joined Primal Scream after his group disbanded in 1996.
 
Mani will rejoin his former bandmates for a world tour this year and he bowed out of Primal Scream with a final gig at Edinburgh's annual Hogmanay celebrations on Saturday.
 
A post on the official Primal Scream Twitter page, reads: "Thank you to everyone... for making it a very special gig... This one is for Mani."
