Susan Boyle is getting ready to receive a whopping £4million royalty cheque from Simon Cowell, just in time for her 49th birthday!

Crikey, and to think all I got for my 21st was a Ford Fiesta - the West Lothian singer could probably buy a Ford garage with that amount of cash, but instead she’s decided to splash out on a new house.

Up until now, Su-Bo hasn’t seen any of the cash from her debut album and has been living off an “allowance” from her boss Simon Cowell, but this chunk of dosh looks like the first of many.

To be honest, I reckon Su-Bo has no idea what to splash the cash on, but at least she wont be wasting it on things like Ferraris, Horses, Botox and fake hair. Bless her.
