Gary Barlow Races Home After Dad's Death

Take That frontman Gary Barlow is in mourning after losing his father to a suspected heart attack.

The Patience singer cancelled his appearance at an event in London to raise funds for the Bbc's Children In Need charity on Friday (16Oct09) after hearing of his father Colin's sudden death.

Gary is not yet sure what happened. He just wants to get home to his family and be with them.

Barlow is believed to have returned home to Cheshire, England to be with his mother Marjorie and family members.

A close friends tells Britain's The Sun, "Gary is not yet sure what happened. He just wants to get home to his family and be with them."
