The Darkness star Justin Hawkins and rocker Carl Barat have signed on to play Screaming Lord Sutch and Gene Vincent respectively in a new Joe Meek biopic.Con O'Neill will reprise his stage role as the tragic British music mogul, while Kevin Spacey has signed up to play Meek's onetime financial backer Major Banks.
