Keith & The Chicks Can't Get Together For Global Warming Ad.

A new global warming ad that was to feature The Dixie Chicks and Toby Keith has been scrapped because the feuding country acts couldn't agree on a schedule.The all-girl trio and Keith were slated to appear in the new Alliance for Climate Protection ad, proving that people with opposing political perspectives can agree about environmental issues.But Keith insists the Dixie Chicks were not available on the three dates he was - although he's convinced there's more to it than diary dates.He says, "It's hard to get people that don't get along to agree when all those egos and stuff are involved".Keith and the girls fell out after he was publicly critical of remarks they made about President George W. Bush during a show in London in 2003.
