The Killers broke into a university to work on songs for their bestselling debut album, 2004's Hot Fuss.
The Human hitmakers first began rehearsing in drummer Ronnie Vannucci's garage but their complicated work schedule meant they could only practice at night.

After struggling to find a suitable rehearsal studio, Vannucci decided to break into the music room at the University of Nevada and practice there.
He tells Nme magazine, "We'd break into the percussion room, use all the stuff, and carefully put everything back. We practised for hours. I can remember writing Glamorous Indie Rock and Roll and Somebody Told Me in that room."
