Tim McGraw Explains Fan Attack

Country singer Tim McGraw is defending his verbal attack on a fan he had kicked out of his California gig on Sunday night - insisting the concertgoer was "abusive" to his date.

The Indian Outlaw hitmaker stopped his show in Paso Robles and refused to go back onstage until a male fan was removed from the Mid-State Fair's Main Grandstand Arena.

McGraw failed to explain why he halted the concert, but drew applause from the crowd when he shouted into the mic, "You don't treat a woman like that." The rocker reveals he got security involved because he feared for a female fan's safety, reports TMZ.com. He adds, "The girl or whoever he was with, he was being abusive to her."

It's not the first time McGraw has taken action against an unruly audience member - he kicked another fan out of his show in Washington state last year.

Thanks to Tim McGraw and other men like him that stand up for women. So many men AND women turn a blind eye when a woman is being mistreated.

Thanks again Tim!!!
