Tony Bennett To Receive United Nations Humanitarian Award.... Veteran singer Tony Bennett is to be honoured with the United Nations' 2007 Humanitarian Award in Washington later this year (07).The star has been a long-standing campaigner for U.N. activities, and most recently (07) fronted a fundraising event to help victims of the violence in Dafur, Sudan.Bennett, 80, will be presented with the award by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees on 20 June (07).
