Travis Barker and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler are back in court as they organise custody plans for their children over the summer (09).
The onoff couple's relationship has been turbulent since they ended their two-year marriage in 2006, with Barker accusing Moakler of "shipping"Atiana, her daughter from her relationship with boxer Oscar de la Hoya, away for the summer on his Twitter.com page earlier this month (Aug09).
The legal documents also indicated the children weren't allowed anywhere near a man named Richard Sinnott at any time whatsoever
He also accused her of allowing their two children to spend time with their her uncle, who he alleges to be a convicted child molester.
The pair has taken the dispute back to court, where the former beauty queen filed legal documents to allow their son Landon, five, and daughter Alabama, three, to accompany their drummer dad for a few dates on a roadshow with his band Blink-182.
In custody papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Moakler permitted Barker to look after the kids from 25 July to 22 August (09) - on the condition the rocker organised a vacation for Moakler and the kids in Rhode Island.
She also stipulated that Barker himself would have to take her and the children there on his tour bus, reports Tmz.com.
The legal documents also indicated the children weren't allowed anywhere near a man named Richard Sinnott "at any time whatsoever".
It remains unclear who Sinnott is or the nature of his relationship with the family.
