Una Healy has assured fans she's fine after fainting during a hospital visit on Wednesday (18Jan12).

Were (sic) okay thanks everyone, nothing serious

The Saturdays singer, who is expecting her first child with rugby player fiance Ben Foden, took to Twitter.com to detail her health woes after becoming light-headed and collapsing during a pregnancy check-up.

In a series of tweets, she writes, "I don't like the 3rd trimester! ...Fainted for the first time in my life today in the hospital... definitelyhappened to me in the right place at least".

Her messages prompted worried replies from concerned fans, but Healy insists she and her unborn baby are doing well.

She later added, "Were (sic) okay thanks everyone, nothing serious, xx".
