Usher and Outkast triumphed at Wednesday's World Music Awards – scooping three awards each.The R'n'B star took home prizes for Best Male Artist,Best Pop Artist and Best R'n'B Artist at the star-studded event, hip-hop group Outkast were crowned Best Group and won awards for Best R'n'B Group and Best Pop Group. Stunning singer Norah Jones was also victorious at the ceremony, collecting two awards for Best Female Pop Artist and World's Best Female Artist.The two-hour show, which is broadcast to 150 countries worldwide, rewards stars based on their global record sales over the past year.The annual show has been held in Monaco for the past ten years, but transferred to Las Vegas for this year's event. Hollywood star Michael Douglas also attended the ceremony to honour singer Celine Dion. The 'Fatal Attraction' actor presented the Canadian star with the Diamond Award for joining the ranks of the best selling female singers of all time. Other winners at the event were teen stars Avril Lavigne and Hilary Duff and R'n'B singer Kanye West, who won the award for Best New Male Artist.World Music Awards 2004 winners:
