Usher's Ex Disputes Reports Divorce Has Been Finalised

Usher's divorce has yet to be finalised, despite reports suggesting his bitter battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster is over.

The Yeah! hitmaker filed for divorce from stylist Foster in June (09), demanding joint custody of their sons Usher Raymond V, 22 months, and Naviyd, 10 months.

The split turned nasty last month (Sep09) when the ex-couple became embroiled in a "verbal argument" over the phone regarding weekend custody.

But Foster's representatives have now spoken out, blasting the reports and insisting the news was a publicity stunt to promote the release of Usher's new album, according to RadarOnline

The R&B star declared himself single after signing divorce documents inAugust (09), and online reports suggest the couple's status officially changed on Wednesday (21Oct09), when court files were reportedly marked as"disposed", a term which typically means a divorce is final.

But Foster's representatives have now spoken out, blasting the reports and insisting the news was a "publicity stunt" to promote the release of Usher's new album, according to RadarOnline

 Her spokesperson says, "The divorce is definitely not finalised yet; this is just another publicity stunt to promote his new album.We have seen it all before.
