Whitesnake have recruited the Lynch Mob's rhythm section to replace Uriahduffy and Chris Frazier, who quit the group in June (10).
Drummer Brian Tichy was an early replacement for Frazier and the group has now ended its search for a bassist after bringing Tichy's bandmate Michael Devin onboard.
The duo will join David Coverdale, Doug Aldrich, Reb Beach and Timothy Drury in the studio to record tracks for a new album, which will be released early next year (11).
Devin tells Wenn, "It's an honour to be welcomed into the Whitesnake family. I'm a big fan. Whitesnake is notorious for exciting musicianship, David's history is rich, and I'm very proud to be here".
The new line-up is expected to tour in 2011.
