Whitney Houston Postpones Paris Gig

Due to doctor’s orders, Whitney Houston has been advised to postpone her concert today, April 6th, in Paris, France at the Omnisport Bercy. 

“Whitney is suffering from an upper respiratory infection and after a consultation with her doctors has been advised to postpone her performance. Whitney was excited to open her European tour in Paris and deeply regrets having been forced to postpone the show. 

“Whitney and her band apologize that the show has to be rescheduled on such short notice. The tour will resume as scheduled in Manchester, England on April 8th. A new Paris date will be announced shortly.

“After a critically acclaimed album which recently went double-platinum and a successful tour in Asia and Australia, Paris was the first stop on Whitney’s European tour.  Tickets should be held pending the announcement of the rescheduled date.”
