Whitney Houston finally faces up to her drug addiction

WHITNEY HOUSTON has enrolled in an out-patient rehabilitation programme to seek treatment for substance abuse.
   
    Famous Celebrities drug addictions .com said "Whitney has repeatedly denied that she is addicted to drugs and has even publicly denied that she takes drugs of any kind, but friends and witnesses have seen the evidence that is left behind after her binges. There have been reports of cocaine-caked spoons, cigarette butts all over and needles, She has been in denial for many years and has repeatedly refused to seek help to overcome her addictions."
 
    The singer/actress, 47, has long battled addiction issues and TMZ.com reports she checked into a California clinic to seek help from professionals around 10 days ago.
 
    Her representative has now confirmed the news to People .com.
 
    In a statement, her spokesperson says, "Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab programme for drug and alcohol treatment.
 
    "Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."
   
    According to Famous celebrities drug addictions .com " One of the most important steps in recovery is accepting that you have a problem. Until that happens, then there is nothing that anyone can do to help you overcome a drug addiction."
