Troubled singer Whitney Houston is planning a spectacular comeback concert in Malaysia next month.Houston is expected to preview songs from a long-awaited new album at the one-off performance in the capital Kuala Lumpur on 1 December (07).The 44-year-old's personal life and her battles with drugs and ex-husband Bobby Brown have made more headlines than her music in recent years.But friends hope the new album will kickstart her career. Sir Paul McCartney's estranged wife HEATHER Mills has denounced the world's rich as 'miserly snobs'.The former model, 39, delivered her anti-upper class rant during a 90-minute speech to the debating society of Trinity College, Dublin on Wednesday (21Nov07).She told students she was reluctantly obliged to befriend the world's wealthy because that was the only way to maximise her power as an agent for change.She said, "Sadly, you have to mix at a certain level of people to raise the level of funds you need to bring about the greater good. Because people are very snobby. These people who have lots of money, they're either snobby or they're stingy. If you have lots of money, you have to be stingy - because why would you want that amount of money?"

Mills married the 65-year-old former Beatle in 2002 and gave birth to the couple's only child, Beatrice, a year later. She is now in the throes of a bitter divorce battle with McCartney, whose personal wealth is estimated at $1.6 billion.
