Whitney Houston took another step on the comeback ladder when she wowed fans at a charity concert in London on Friday (9May08), that included a spectacular duet with her 15-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina.The superstar headlined the Caudwell Children Legends Ball in the capital's Battersea Park, before a starstudded crowd including Destiny's Child's Kelly Rowland.Audience members tell say that Houston "looked and sounded amazing" - and they were stunned when she brought Bobbi Kristina onstage to perform My Love is Your Love together.

Just last week, an American tabloid ran a story saying the teenager was hospitalised in February (08) after attacking her mother and attempting suicide.The gig was to set Houston on the comeback trail following her battle with drug addiction and a very public divorce from Bobby Brown.She is working on a new album with former mentor Clive Davis. Kelly Rowland said before the benefit problems in the past shouldn't count against her, "People should not judge her. She's done more than prove herself".Houston has seen her crown well and truely claimed by a new generation of soul singers led by the British phenomenom Leona Lewis, another star mentored by Clive Davies.
