Musician Ziggy Marley launched his own radio show on Sunday (05Feb12) - the eve of his tragic father's 67th birthday.
The Love Is My Religion hitmaker recently signed on as the host of new monthly programme Ziggy Marley's Legends of Reggae on SiriusXM's The Joint and he premiered the show with the help of music icon Jimmy Cliff on Sunday.
He says, "It is my privilege to use this medium to honour the Legends of Reggae and to use it as a vehicle to educate and enlighten listeners".
Each episode will feature Marley interviewing special guests and sharing songs from his own personal collection.
Marley is the latest star to land his own radio gig - rocker Ozzy Osbourne and former Rolling Stones star Bill Wyman have each signed on for their own SiriusXM shows.
