The 46-year-old pop superstar and the 39-year-old country singer sing together on the track 'Go Ahead And Break My Heart' on his upcoming LP 'If I'm Honest'.

Gwen - who has been dating her 'The Voice' co-star Blake for six months - unveiled their collaboration by posting a photo of his album's tracklisting on her Twitter account.

Alongside the picture, she wrote: "Look what I found lying around the house! #ispymyname #goandbreakmyheart @blakeshelton #eeeekkkk! #crazy! G x (sic)"

The couple's duet follows Gwen's revelation she wrote the track 'Make Me Like You' - from her third solo album 'This Is What the Truth Feels Like' - about Blake.

She previously admitted: "It is, actually. I will admit that that song is about that guy, yeah."

Gwen - who split from Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of marriage last August - feels she no longer has to write about "heartache" or feel "insecure".

She said: "I feel like I'm in an amazing songwriting place; instead of being closed off, I'm thinking about positivity and how I can do something creative. I'm just doing what I want to do. It's so incredible to be in that zone. I'm always looking for the next song, and now I don't have to be insecure or write about heartache."

Blake's LP 'If I'm Honest' will be released on May 20.
