Rapper Iggy Azalea has been targeted by hackers on Twitter.com who have threatened to release a rumored sex tape if she does not apologize to Azealia Banks.

Iggy Azalea Threatened By Hackers

Banks stepped up her feud with Azalea earlier this month (Dec14) when she blasted her during a radio interview for staying silent on race issues in the wake of a grand jury decision not to indict a New York City police officer over the death of suspect Eric Garner.

The war of words continued on Twitter.com and a hacker group, using the account TheAnonMessage, sent a threatening note to Azalea, condemning her silence on the cop killings and urging her to publicly apologize.

Azealia Banks fued

The message reads, "You have exactly 48 hours from now to release a statement apologizing to @AzealiaBanks and the protesters in NYC... There's an X rated tape of you, we bet you'd certainly don't want public, are we right? @Iggyazalea... and this is nothing. Comply or else."

Azalea has not responded to the threats and bosses of the microblogging site have since suspended the account.

The Fancy hitmaker has previously denied the existence of a sex tape.

Meanwhile rapper T.I. has wadded in to defend his protege again amid an ongoing war of words between the Australian star and outspoken Brit.

Banks sparked a war of words with Iggy earlier this year (14) and she has continued with angry rants on social media, criticizing the Fancy hitmaker for being too white for hip-hop.

Azalea has attempted to ignore Banks' attacks, but earlier this month (Dec14), she responded to her rap rival over claims she should be more outspoken about race riots and clashes in Ferguson, Missouri and New York, following the deaths of unarmed African-Americans at the hands of white police officers.

As Banks' Twitter rants continue, T.I. has stepped into the war of words, posting, "white people who were inspired by our culture allowed ME TO SEE, that not all white people out to steal our culture..."

He added a note directed at Azalea, tweeting, "I know u don't deserve all da (the) negative s**t that comes your way. But like I've told u before, it just kinda comes wit da territory..."

Banks has since fired back, insisting T.I. has become "indoctrinated and conditioned", adding, "I don't think I should tease him about it anymore... He actually has no clue..."

brokered peace between Azalea and Snoop Dogg earlier this year

It's not the first time T.I. has attempted to end a Twitter feud between his protege and a hip-hop star - he brokered peace between Azalea and Snoop Dogg earlier this year (14) when the veteran rapper poked fun at Iggy's non-African-American credentials and then fired off threats to her when she responded.

Meanwhile, another white rapper, Kreayshawn, has also taken aim at Iggy Azalea, accusing her of ignoring racism in her native Australia.

In a Twitter exchange, she writes, "IF IGGY FEELS SHE SHOULDNT HAVE A 'SAY' IN AMERICAS RACSIM (sic) SHE SHOULD AT LEAST TALK ABOUT THE OBSCENE AMOUNT OF RACISM IN AUSTRALIA... I MEAN EVEN AS AN AMERICAN I AM AWARE OF AUSTRALIA'S RACE PROBLEMS AND I CANT EVEN SPELL THE DAMN COUNTRIES NAME!"
