Jessie J didn't think she was going to be able to "bounce back" in time for her scheduled performance for Wireless Festival this past weekend (July 4-5).
On-stage in London on the Sunday, July 5 despite having only just been released from hospital following surgery for an undisclosed illness, she told the crowd how she'd been advised by her doctors not to perform, and posted on her Instagram to reveal how much of a close call it was on whether or not she'd perform.
She posted:
With still no word on what Jessie was suffering from, it's known she has a heart condition which means she can be struck down by illness fairly regularly.
March saw her cancel a string of Australian shows due to the heart problems, which she's had since birth.
