Jim Jones has been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after becoming involved in a confrontation with a traffic cop outside his New Jersey home.
Sergeant James Corcoran was responding to a complaint about an illegally parked and snowbound car outside the star's Fair Lawn house on Wednesday when Jones approached him to find out what he was doing.
The officer ran Jones' name through the police database and quickly discovered two outstanding arrest warrants for other offences, so he requested the rapper accompany him to the local police station to settle the incidents.
Jones reportedly refused and "got out of line", prompting the cop to take him into custody for failure to co-operate and obstruction, according to Lieutenant Derek Bastinck.
The outstanding warrants relate to a motor vehicle violation and another for failing to shovel the snow from his sidewalk.
