The 'Mr. Brightside' hitmakers - comprised of Brandon Flowers, Dave Keuning, Ronnie Vannucci Jr. and Mark Stoermer - have confirmed their plans to celebrate their 2006 second studio album by performing at the Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall in Nevada on September 30 and October 1.

An announcement posted on their official website, read: "To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our sophomore album Sam's Town, we will be releasing a 10th anniversary Sam's Town vinyl reissue this fall, and hosting a 2-day extravaganza at Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall in Las Vegas, NV on September 30 & October 1, 2016.

"VIP and travel packages for the event will go on sale on August 5th at 10AM PST, with presale packages available to members of The Killers' fan club on August 3rd at 10AM PST (sic)."

And that's not all, the four-piece rock group will be dropping a limited edition vinyl copy of the record with only 5,016 copies going on sale.

The reissue will feature two unheard bonus tracks, 'Peace of Mind' and 'Read My Mind (Pet Shop Boys Stars are Blazing Mix)'.

They continued: "The Sam's Town vinyl reissue is available for pre-order now via Bong Load Records. The fully re-mastered double LP will be printed on 180 gram classic black vinyl, and feature two bonus tracks - never before heard Sam's Town era demo "Peace of Mind" and "Read My Mind (Pet Shop Boys Stars are Blazing Mix).

"The sequentially numbered records are limited to just 5,016 copies and will include a special edition, coffee table book-style booklet reflecting on the 10th anniversary of the album (sic)."

Frontman Brandon - who released his solo LP 'The Desire Effect' in May 2015 - previously said the band will definitely make another album because their last release, 2012's 'Battle Born' "wasn't good enough".

In May of this year, he said: "Once [the band] all get on the same page, it'll work."
