The 'Black Magic' hitmakers - who shot into the limelight after they won the eighth series of 'The X Factor' - are determined to follow in the footsteps of former pop group Girls Aloud, who created chart-topping music from 2002 until 2012, by pumping out catchy tracks for over a decade.

Asked if they see themselves lasting 10 years like Girls Aloud, Leigh-Anne Pinnock said: "Oh of course. I honestly cannot see myself without these girls, sorry about it you're stuck with me!"

And the girl group - which includes Leigh-Anne, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards - have no plans to take a hiatus like One Direction as they believe they're currently at the "peak" of their careers and are still enjoying working together.

Jade added to BANG Showbiz: "I don't think anyone's going to see that happening right now; we're at our peak I think. We have too much fun together it would be horrible."

Meanwhile, Little Mix previously revealed they have started work on their new album.

Jesy revealed: "Yes we are working on the next album! Some very exciting stuff to come, it's quite a new sound for us. It's a secret. But we're very happy."

And the girl group are also keen to get Meghan Trainor on their LP.

Asked if they will work with the 'All About That Bass' hitmaker this time around, Jesy said: "Well we love her, we're a massive fan of her work so we would love to work with her but it just depends."
