Take That

Take That would love to write the theme tune for a James Bond movie.

The musical trio - currently comprised of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald - are promoting new single 'Get Ready For It', which they recorded for new movie 'Kingsman: The Secret Service', and confessed they'd be keen to get involved with the music for the 24th spy movie 'Spectre'.

"I would love to write a Bond theme!" said Howard in a chat with Digital Spy.

Releasing this November, Daniel Craig returns for the fourth time as the famous 007, and though cast details are confirmed, those featuring on the soundtrack have been kept a close secret.

Earlier in the week Mark Ronson admitted it's "every little boy's dream" to be involved in the project, with Sam Smith and Lana Del Rey also suggested as serious contenders.

Ed Sheeran tipped his friend Sam for the film's theme, with Take That's Gary also behind the sensational singer.

"He'd be brilliant. Get him in!" he said.

He also went on to say that he hoped there would be more movie opportunities in the future aside from Spectre.

"I think movies in general is a very exciting area for us."
