As a part of the campaign, the group have pledged to donate all proceeds of their new single 'Can't Stop' to help children across the UK with genetic disorders.

The trio's new single 'Can't Stop' this week landed at 10 in the Music Week Pop Chart, and is the title track from upcoming EP 'Jerome Heights', released on October 23.

On Friday, September 23, the guys will be joining a host of fellow celebs including Warwick Davis, Kate Moss, Nicola Roberts and Lorraine Kelly to 'overdo it in denim' for the official Jeans for Genes Day.

In the UK each year, there are over 6,000 diagnosed genetic disorders with an estimated one in 25 children affected by a genetic disorder, and therefore 30,000 babies and children newly diagnosed.
