Justin Young of The Vaccines

The Vaccines refuse to sit next to each other when they travel.

The hitmakers are no longer as close as they were when the band first started and now value time away from one another.

Frontman Justin Young said: "I put a video on YouTube of three shows, Toronto, New York and Los Angeles. I watched it the other day and we're all sitting next to each other on the plane.

"So much has changed - we haven't sat next to each other for about two-and-a-half years."

The band enjoy playing live and once performed in a cave in the Peak District in Derbyshire, north England, and Justin admits he is still surprised nothing bad happened to any fans in the "extremely damp" venue.

"It was extremely echoey and also very damp indeed. I remember they had this barrier and on the other side was a 20 foot drop. So if anyone had been feeling a touch over-enthusiastic that evening, a 20 foot drop awaited them. Somehow, no one died."
