The singer's going to release 'Duets: Re-Working the Catalogue' on March 16, in a new collection that features 16 tracks with acts that also include Simply Red's Mick Hucknall and singer/songwriter Bobby Womack, who passed away aged 70 last June.

As the musician's 35th studio record, the album is to feature updated versions of lesser-known tunes that he's sung throughout his career, all re-recorded in London and Belfast in the past year.

Produced by Van himself alongside Bob Rock and Don Was, the LP comes three years after his last LP 'Born to Sing: No Plan B', and will feature Van's daughter Shana Morrison, as well as George Benson, Natalie Cole, Mark Knopfler and Gregory Porter.

Michael Buble's collaboration on 1990 single 'Real Real Gone' is to act as the lead single from the record, proceeded by 'Some Peace of Mind' with Bobby Womack, and scheduled for release on March 3.
