ABBA are the band people most want to reform.
The Swedish quartet - comprising Benny Andersson, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lingstad - have enjoyed a resurgence in popularity following the success of musical movie 'Mamma Mia!', which featured their hits, and have now topped a list of artists fans most want to see make a return to the charts.
In second place came '80s cult favourites The Smiths, who despite recent rumours claimed last month they would never reunite, while in third place came a plea for Take That to reconcile with Robbie Williams.
The poll, commissioned by ticket market company viagog, also saw 'She Bangs The Drums' rockers The Stone Roses placed fourth and fifth place called for another current band to bring back a new member - Guns N' Roses and guitarist Slash.
