Chris Cornell would have been a chef if he hadn't made it in music.
The former Soundgarden and Audioslave singer - who recently bought a restaurant in Paris - admits he would have taken his career down a more down-to-earth path had he not enjoyed chart success.
He said: "I was a fish handler to the chefs in Seattle. That's probably the business I'd have ended up in if it wasn't for music. It's good for me to be involved in different things."

Meanwhile, although Chris claims his forthcoming solo album, 'Scream' - on which he collaborates with r and b star Timbaland - "has the potential to make some kind of critical impact", it has been attacked by a fellow rocker.
Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor has blasted the record as an "embarrassment".
Trent wrote on his Twitter account:
"You know that feeling you get when somebody embarrasses themselves so badly YOU feel uncomfortable? Heard Chris Cornell's record? Jesus."
