Ciara's Surprise Songs

Ciara has promised fans will be surprised by her new album.

The 'Goodies' singer claims her supporters will love 'Fantasy Ride' - her first album in two years - because it is so up-tempo.

She said: "The album is all about the fun, thrill and excitement of not knowing what's coming next.

"Those up-tempo records are the super-duper core of me. They give me energy - and there's nothing like energy - and take me to a whole 'nother space, like your energy level goes to the tenth power."

The 23-year-old singer also hopes fans will enjoy the slower numbers on the record, including new single 'Never Ever', which is about relationship confusion.

She added to Attitude magazine: "Normally, people expect me to come tempo, tempo, tempo, but this topic holds a special place in my heart.

"It's something I've been talking about a lot with my friends, how a woman often holds on to the hope that a man will change his ways or become more special. That doesn't happen. The relationship just gets dragged out."
