Editors' new album is inspired by 'Terminator'.
The band are currently in the studio working on the follow-up to 2007's 'An End Has A Start' and frontman Tom Smith says they have been drawing ideas from movie theme tunes.
He explained: "There's kind of a real electronic sheen to it. A lot of it to me sounds like it could soundtrack 'Bladerunner', and we've been listening to the 'Terminator' theme quite a lot as well.
Tom added to BBC 6 Music: In one of the demo sessions we had a choir of children come along and sing at the end of one of these songs
"We keep referencing that, but at the moment we're just trying as many different things as we can."
The rockers have also been working on some unlikely collaborations during their demo sessions, drafting in a children's choir and violinist to appear on some songs.
Tom added to BBC 6 Music: "In one of the demo sessions we had a choir of children come along and sing at the end of one of these songs.
"Another day our bassist's girlfriend, who plays violin with Ra Ra Riot, came down and played on a couple of songs."
