Leona Lewis isn't worried about competing with Alexandra Burke.

The 'Bleeding Love' hitmaker doesn't mind being compared to her fellow 'The X Factor' winner Alexandra - who recently topped the charts with her single 'Bad Boys' - and is too busy concentrating on her own material to feel threatened.

She said: "Oh Alexandra! She's just so beautiful. Her single 'Bad Boys' is a great song and so her - it's so much fun. We all went out for a mutual friend's birthday the other day and she seems very happy. Everyone asks if I'm worried about going up against her - but I'm not. It's about doing your own thing."

I performed at his birthday party, but I had no rehearsal time beforehand. I'm hoping that as I got there really late everyone was so drunk they didn't notice how bad I was!

The 24-year-old songstress also revealed she has remained close to music mogul Simon Cowell, who mentored her during the British singing show and has worked with her closely on her solo career.

She told Britain's Sugar magazine: "We speak on the phone all time, I love him. But no, I don't fancy him! It's so funny when people say I'm his type. I think I'm a bit young for him!
