Paul Weller has been confirmed to appear at a charity concert in London.

The former Jam frontman, soul singer Lemar and singer songwriter Paulo Nutini are all on the bill for charity Cancer Research's 'Sound and Vision' event at London's Abbey Road studios on February 26.

Paul said: "I'm proud to be associated with this event and to be supporting Cancer Research UK's amazing work."

The evening will also feature an exhibition of rock photography and an auction of memorabilia which includes an Epiphone guitar signed by Paul Weller, ex-Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, Queen's Brian May and former The Darkness guitarist Justin Hawkins.

Tickets for the event have nearly sold-out, but some are still available via online auction, including VIP tickets, which give the holders the opportunity to meet the performers at the concert.

The fourth annual Sound and Vision concert will be hosted by television presenter Dermot O'Leary and radio DJ Bob Harris.
