Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj will perform at the 2012 American Music Awards (AMAs).
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker and the 'Starships' rapper - who performed a duet of Nicki's 'Super Bass' during Taylor's live gigs last year - will take to the stage at the event at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on November 18 along with Linkin Park and Christina Aguilera.
Nicki and Rihanna lead the nominations for the AMAs, with both singers up for four awards which will see them go head-to-head in the prestigious Favourite Female Artist - Pop/Rock category alongside Kelly Clarkson and Katy Perry.
Rihanna and Katy will battle it out for the coveted Artist of the Year prize along with Drake, Justin Bieber and Maroon 5, and the trio have all picked up three nods apiece.
Taylor will go up against Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood for the Favourite Female Artist - Country award, and a new category has been introduced this year, Favorite Artist - Electronic Dance Music (EDM), in which David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Skrillex will face off.
J. Cole, fun., Gotye, Carly Rae Jepsen and One Direction are all up for New Artist of the Year.
