Radiohead are at the "Lego box stage" of making their new album.
The 'Creep' hitmakers have just entered the studio to start work on the follow-up to 'In Rainbows' but admit they have not yet got any fully-formed songs.
Bassist Colin Greenwood revealed: "We just went in the studio last week. It was really good. It was really noisy and chaotic and really fun.
"We're at the stage where we've got the big Lego box out and we've tipped it out on the floor and we're looking at all the bits and thinking, what next?"
We've got lots of ideas but we don't decide what we're going to do until we've finished the thing. It's all up in the air, but it was up in the air last time.
The group released 'In Rainbows' on a pay-what-it's-worth basis and Colin admits they are unsure how they will bring out their next LP.
He added: "We've got lots of ideas but we don't decide what we're going to do until we've finished the thing. It's all up in the air, but it was up in the air last time."
