Late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham is set to appear on stage as a hologram.
The rocker - who died aged 32 in 1980 - could make his return to live performance as his son, Jason, plans to realise his dream of performing next to his father.
Jason, 47 drummed Led Zeppelin when they reformed for a single show at London's The O2 venue in 2007 and also leads tribute act The Led Zeppelin Experience.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I'm talking to people about holograms. My dream is to do a drum solo with Dad next to me."
If Jason's ambitions were realised, John would follow in the footsteps of late rapper Tupac Shakur and appear on stage from beyond the grave.
'California Love' rapper Tupac made his 'return' at Coachella festival last year as a realistic hologram and projection firm Musion, who created the stunt, say it has paved the way for further deceased musicians to appear and possibly even tour.
Head of Music at Musion, Sanj Surati, said of the Tupac hologram: "This is obviously a historic and exciting initiative that we're all witnessing currently, and it would make sense for them to bring it to Europe and maybe take it to the rest of the world."
