David Archuleta's Dad Embroiled In Prostitution Case

Could David Archuleta‘s squeaky clean image be in trouble after his father was caught using a prostitute in Utah?

The father of last year's American Idol runner-up, James Jeffrey Archuleta pleaded no contest and paid a $582 fine he was caught at the Queens of Reiki massage parlor in Midvale, Utah.

Archuleta was arrested after he was found in a back room receiving services from a woman who was charged with prostitution, according to Midvale Police Sergeant John Salazar.

In a statement, Salazar revealed; “His intent going into the massage parlor was to receive sexual gratification so we cited him for solicitation of prostitution, the male customer received sexual gratification at the hands of the masseuse.”

However, Archuleta’s attorney Erik Bauer, has claimed that despite Mr Archuleta’s presence there, as well as pleaded no contest to the charge and paid the fine, he actually wasn’t there to receive the services of a prostitute.

Let’s face it, we all know it happens, but I’m just hoping it doesn’t taint the public’s view of sweet little David.
