Hannah Montana Movie Leads Oscar’s Best Song List

The Oscar's Best Song award has some stiff competition involved this year with five tunes from Hannah Montana: The Movie soundtrack and four from Disney's Princess & The Frog being among the 63 possible winners.

Also considered for January's shortlist are two songs each from Crazy Heart, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Where The Wild Things Are.

A maximum of two songs may be nominated from any one film.

The Oscar nominations will be announced on 2 February and the Academy Awards will be handed out on 7 March.
