Lily Allen had to sing through the pain on tour in Finland on Sunday night, after falling and injuring her back over the weekend.
The singer was given a pain-killing injection to help her keep her commitment to perform at the Flow Festival in Helsinki, Finland - but she was worried the pain would be too much to handle.
Allen doesn't reveal how she fell, but wrote on her Twitter.com blog before she was due on stage, "(I) fell over badly last night and I've really f**ked my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I gonna get through tonight's gig?"
