DMX Attacks Prison Guards

Oh dear DMX, you get put in jail to make you a better man and then you go and get yourself in more trouble by attacking prison officers.

The rap star, real name Earl Simmons, is serving time for drug possession, animal cruelty and theft in an Arizona prison, and he may have just extended his stay. Rolling Stone magazine reports he assaulted an officer while in lockdown.

The rapper was only expected to serve 90 days in jail, plus an additional 18 months of supervised probation but now DMX may be charged with felony aggravated assault, which carries a possible eight-year sentence.
