In our mid-week report, Lil Kim and Faith Evans clash at Diddy’s White Party in LA on Sunday, Mark Ronson protégé Wale looks at a September release, Game is not confirmed to play 80’s icon and Kanye takes to the road in the Autumn.

Lil Kim v Faith Evans

Rapstress Lil Kim and the widow of the Notorious B.I.G, R&B singer Faith Evans were allegedly involved in an incident this week at Sean Comb’s White Party.

The legendary party which usually takes place in the Hamptons was relocated this year to Los Angeles where a bevy of stars were in attendance and the alleged altercation between Kim and Faith was over the way in which Lil Kim was portrayed in the recent movie Notorious.

Lil Kim failed to endorse her representation in the movie, insinuating that her role in the slain rappers life was downplayed down to the involvement behind the scenes of Faith Evans and her once Mother in Law, Voletta Wallace and also how Faith had written about her in her recent book.  Faith’s new husband and a member of Lil Kim’s entourage exchanged words and then blows whilst the two females were in the middle of their heated debate.

Wale Album Coming September 22nd

Wale will deliver to fan his Interscope debut on September 22nd. Attention Deficit will feature the likes of Lady Gaga, Marsha Ambrosius of Floetry, Bun B and more.

Production on the Washington D.C native’s debut will fall into the capable hands of long time supporter and mentor Mark Ronson as well as Diddy’s Hitmen – Sean C and LV as well as Miami duo Cool and Dre.

Wale has secured a fan base of who is who in music with Travis Barker and Lily Allen

Role Not Confirmed

Recent rumors have circulated that Compton rapper the Game will be playing the role of Mr. T in a remake of the classic 80’s TV show however these rumours have been denied by Black Wall Street Representatives who said Game is being considered for the role, but nothing has been confirmed.

The Game joins the likes of Common, Tyrese and Ice Cube who have also shown interest in starring in the movie. It has also been reported that Liam Neeson is in discussion with 20th Century Fox to take on the role of Hannibal Smith.

Kanye Tour Announced

After the success of his Glow in the Dark Tour, Kanye West is heading back out on the road this Autumn to play 30 dates across America. The Chicago rapper/producer will be accompanied by Paparazzi singer Lady Gaga.

The show kicks off on October 4th in Buffalo NY and will conclude on December 15th at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut. Kanye West’s last tour  took him across the world and back again, performing in countries such as Singapore, France and the UK.
