To make my job even more interesting I thought I’d review a band that I’ve not heard before.

Not knowing what to expect and judging only by just the album cover, my imagination questioned everything from Pop to Dance to Rock – it was the latter.

Influenced surely by Green Day the guitars came in like Billie Joe strumming himself, which, during my skater days used to listen to a lot myself. Rest assure Broadway Calls would have been high on the ‘Skate Saturday’ playlist.

I feel that similarly to JLS, they will sure be duking it out amongst lots of other acts matching their genre exactly, so get out your battle gear, strap on a helmet and start shooting lads, it’s musical warfare. All the best
