Over the last twelve months or so Miniature Dinosaurs have been causing a bit of stir on the music scene and this week they are back with their new single Lemonade.
And Lemonade is the first track to be released since they signed with label Integrity Records and it is the first song to be lifted for their upcoming EP Turn It On.
Much like their previous single Alligator this is an incredibly infectious track that it about young romance and the problems that come along with that.
The upbeat guitars and synths really do kick off this track before Barry McLean’s emotive vocals kick in.
And he is a vocalist that we perhaps should all be quite excited about as there really is a David Bowie sound to him and he delivers such a great vocal on this track.
Lemonade is an upbeat and fun track that has a great melody and passion - trust me it is not a single that you quickly forget.
It is not hard to see why everyone is getting so excited about Miniature Dinosaurs they are a band that mix elements of rock and pop to deliver their own unique sound that is a lot of fun.
I am excited to hear what else the boys have to offer with their new EP Turn It On and if this single is anything to go by we are in for a real treat.
