Hip-hop Nelly's Scholarship Programmes For Students

Nelly has created scholarships for students at St Louis, Missouri. The Ride Wit Me hitmaker revealed the programmes during his Black and White ball on Sunday where he was joined onstage by R&B star Mario and the Rachel Ray Show's Justin Kredible.

Stars including Jermaine Dupri and The Isley Brothers also turned out for the 4th annual event.

During the show Nelly announced he is sponsoring two students from the St. Louis area to receive a four-year scholarship at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.

He used the ball as an opportunity to appeal for cash to boost the campaign, urging his guests to donate generously to the scholarship fund.
