Billy Idol's Download Set Disturbed By Bad Weather

Billy Idol’s set at Britain's Download Festival was marred by technical problems after the site in Derbyshire, England was hit with torrential rain.

The star took to the stage on Sunday afternoon but bad weather caused several microphones to malfunction during the set, causing Idol to halt the show midway through.

He soon resumed performing, and jumped off the stage to greet fans in the crowd - but the rain kept lashing down, with Idol joking, "Jesus, this is one way of taking a bath."
